OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES
Daytona Knights Car Raffle
1. SPONSOR
This raffle is conducted by Daytona Knights, a nonprofit organization, in accordance with Florida
Statute
§849.0935.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This raffle is open only to: - Legal residents of the State of Florida - Individuals who are 18
years of age or older at the time of entry
Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Daytona
Knights may be excluded at the Board's discretion.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or donation will not increase the
chances of winning.
To enter without purchase, participants may submit a written request including their full name,
phone number, and email address as specified in the official entry instructions.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
The raffle begins September 1, 2026 and ends on September 20th, 2026. Entries received outside this
period will not be eligible.
5. PRIZE
The prize consists of one vehicle provided by Rhythm's Enterprise.
• Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
• Vehicle is awarded "AS-IS", with no warranties except as required by law
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via phone, email, or other contact information provided at entry.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification.
Failure to claim the prize within this time will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may
be selected.
8. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with accepting the prize, including but
not limited to: - Sales tax - Title transfer fees - Tag and registration fees - Insurance - Any
applicable federal, state, or local taxes
9. LIABILITY RELEASE
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Daytona Knights and Rhythms Enterprise
from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance,
possession, or use of the prize.
10. PUBLICITY
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Daytona Knights to use their name, likeness, and image for
promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless
prohibited by law.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Daytona Knights reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle.
